Great vintage US Navy issue wide leg, high waist Sailor Pants. They have 14 anchor buttons in front, lace up in back, and have two front pockets and 1 back pocket. 100% Wool fabric is a very dark navy blue (almost looks black).

Measures 35" at the waist, 20" across the hips, 13" rise, inseam is 26 1/2" (2" additional to let down) and overall length is 39". In excellent condition.
