ORDERING & SHIPPING Policies
ORDERING:
We use PayPal for all transactions. To order, just click on the "Add to Cart" button and it will be added to your basket. When you're ready to check out. Then complete the transaction so that we have all the necessary billing and shipping information. Total costs, including tax and shipping will be calculated.
SIZING:
In order to get the best fit when purchasing clothing online, it is best to use garment measurements rather than modern size equivalents. Please do not just guess your measurements.
ITEMS ON HOLD:
Please note that we are no longer offering consideration holds! An item will only appear on hold if someone has ordered the item. If the person who has ordered the item does not successfully make payment within seven days, the items become available again. If you are interested in a particular item that is on hold, please email me and I'll be happy to let you know if the item becomes available again.
SHIPPING:
We do ship within the United Kingdom and International. Items will be sent via Royal Mail. Shipping can be calculated by adding the item(s) to the shopping cart and selecting shipping to either the United States or International. Costs are based on total of your purchase. Items usually arrive within 4 to 12 business days after purchase.
CONDITION:
We are very particular about the condition of the clothes we offer however vintage clothing is not often in perfect condition and is sold as is. We do our utmost to point out any flaws.
PAYMENT:
We accept Visa, Mastercard, money orders, cashier's checks and personal checks. If you prefer not to use the online method, you can call us on 01438 356925 and order by phone. If you prefer to pay by money order, cashier's check or personal check, please be aware that we will hold the item for five days to await payment. If we haven't received payment by that time, the item goes back up for sale. Your order will then be shipped after payment has cleared.
RETURNS/REFUNDS:
We want you to shop with confidence. If you aren't happy with your purchase, please let us know immediately upon receipt that it is being returned. We accept returns within 7 business days from original shipping date. After 7 days returns will not be accepted. Returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. All you have to do is let us know immediately that you're sending it back, in the same condition we sent it, and mail it back insured. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
